Is Malcolm really a Liberal? Can we have economic freedom without financial restraint and morality.2/6/2016 "Malcolm Turnbull has been forced to defend his Liberal credentials after a talkback caller queried what he stood for.
Ken, a long-time Liberal voter, told 2GB when he looks at Mr Turnbull he's unsure whether he's a Labor or Liberal prime minister. "My life and the values of my party are values of economic freedom and enterprise and that is what most Australians see as where their future lies," Mr Turnbull replied." (The Australian) Is that right Mr. Turnbull! Economic freedom and enterprise without the values and moral foundation upon which they can be built, will not last very long. We cannot have a strong economy without financial and moral restraint. Creating a massive un-repayable national debt and destroying marriage and family will lead our nation to economic and political slavery not freedom. Dumbing down our children's education in schools and replacing a proper education with dangerous sex-ed programs and gender confusion nonsense will lead a generation or more toward a mental health crisis and worse, toward a youth suicide crisis. Why, as our PM, are you not standing up for our children?

Craig MannersWhile much of what is written in this Blog may currently appear to be counter-cultural, given our post-truth culture, it is in no way counter-human beings. I am always for people no matter what they think, do, or may have done in their past. Where I put forward ideas or debate against certain ideology, behaviour, ideas, movements, politics, I remain very much on the side of the human beings even though I may be opposed to their worldview, behaviour and politics. Such opposition is generally out of concern for the ultimate consequences of such behaviour or ideas, especially for children. |
