God, Please Save Australia

Australia Day Comments 26th January 2026:

​I write these comments as a grateful follower of Jesus Christ, a son of this great land, a husband, a father of five amazing, seventh generation Australian children, and as a man who loves this country very deeply.

Look at us—our beaches, our vast outback, our hardworking families, our proud history built on courage, mateship, and faith. We've been blessed beyond measure. But right now, my heart is heavy because I see that blessing slipping away, stolen piece by piece by forces that hate what we stand for.

We've watched as communism creeps back in disguise, as radical ideologies push their "rainbow" agenda into our schools, grooming our children with dangerous lies about gender and sexuality. We've seen Islamism tolerated while our own Christian heritage is mocked and sidelined. We've endured governments that loot our taxes for lavish trips and wasteful spending, while families struggle with the cost of living, housing that's out of reach, borders that feel wide open to violence and chaos, weather lies scaring our children, and the one human race divided into tribes and set upon each other to ferment the communist chaos within which they hope to take control of us and enslave us.

I think of my grandfathers who fought in the wars (one in each world war) so we could live free—free to speak, free to believe, free to raise our children in truth and safety. They didn't fight for what Albanese is forcing upon Australia: a nation where politicians silence dissent, where the ABC pumps out Leftist propaganda instead of news, where "progressive" madness tears down the very foundations of faith, marriage, family, morality and decency. Where our children and families are not safe and our vital birth rates plummet because we've been told that traditional values are outdated, that men are toxic, that faith is foolish, along with all the lies around sex, gender, family, race, weather, history, "family" violence, economics. 

But let me be clear: it's not too late. We can save Australia. We must return to what made us strong—God, family, truth, hard work, and unapologetic love for our country. Restore family values. Protect our children from radical indoctrination. Slash the size of government and the taxes that crush us. Secure our borders. Defund the media lies. Reject the socialist experiments that bankrupt us. Rebuild our alliance with those who share our values, like the U.S. rising under strong leadership.

We need a cultural awakening—a peaceful, determined stand to reclaim our nation. There is nothing wrong with being patriotic and loving our country. It is worth loving and defending. Those trying to dismantle our foundations will fail if we speak and act. Fly the flag high. March for freedom. Vote for those who will fight for you, not against you. Support parties like Family First and One Nation that put families first, not globalist agendas.

We are all tired. We are angry. But I also know Australians are resilient. We've faced tougher times and come through stronger. Let's do it again—together.
