"Come, let us return to the Lord. He has torn us to pieces, but he will heal us; he has injured us, but he will bind up our wounds". (Hosea 6:1)
This verse is helpful as it reminds us that there is restoration, hope, healing, and a bright future ahead. We can embrace this verse individually, and for our nation and see it as a call to return to God, as in the times of the Reformation. This is surely needed if we are ever to see the restoration of our once great nation. Foundational to this, a return to God’s truths regarding marriage, families, husbands as the head of the family, and the truth that children are a blessing from the Lord, are in desperate need of being restored if we are ever to recover from the current social engineering destroying our country. This is where I believe you can be a rich blessing to your community. Not by any complicated programs, but by sticking to God’s way, promoting, speaking, and acting out these truths as we engage with people in our lives. Encouraging a simple formula for a great life now, and an eternity in Heaven. That formula being: Jesus, marriage, family. If you work on each of these truths and convey them at every opportunity, you will leave a godly legacy, and change lives practically now, and potentially for eternity. So, I would encourage you to be as bold as you possibly can be. What we have in Jesus is more valuable than all the gold on earth. So go forth with great confidence. Find our more HERE. Craig

Craig MannersWhile much of what is written in this Blog may currently appear to be counter-cultural, given our post-truth culture, it is in no way counter-human beings. I am always for people no matter what they think, do, or may have done in their past. Where I put forward ideas or debate against certain ideology, behaviour, ideas, movements, politics, I remain very much on the side of the human beings even though I may be opposed to their worldview, behaviour and politics. Such opposition is generally out of concern for the ultimate consequences of such behaviour or ideas, especially for children. |
